Dear CAA Parent,

I am writing to invite your son to try out for CAA's U-10 travel soccer team, the CAA Fire! 

We will hold tryouts at the following times.
    Tuesday July 15, 6:30-8:30PM, St. Tim's, Field 1.
    Tuesday July 22, 6:30-8:30PM, St. Tim's, Field 1.
    Tuesday July 29, 6:30-8:30PM, St. Tim's, Field 1.

About travel Soccer?
The CAA U-10 boys soccer team will be made up of between 11 and 14 players.  We provide an opportunity for our players to participate at a competitive level, participating in the Central Maryland Soccer League (CMSA) outdoor league in the Fall and in the Soccer Dome indoor league in the winter.  Depending on the team's interest and availability we will participate in 1-2 local tournaments in the Summer and Fall.

Who should try out?
Boys who are 9 years old or younger on July 31, 2008 are welcome to try out.  All travel players must be registered with CAA. Please pass the word on to other families who may be interested.

What is the commitment level?
In addition to the play described above we will hold 2-3 practices per week until our season begins in early September.  Once the season begins we will hold 1-2 practices per week. 

Can my son play CAA both "in-house" soccer and travel soccer?
Yes!

What should my son bring to the try-out?
Water and a soccer ball
Cleats, shin guards with socks that cover
Shorts and White shirt
