What sports does CAA offer?
A: Baseball, softball, soccer, indoor soccer, basketball, and indoor
hockey.
Q: What are the age groups?
A: The age groups within a sport vary each year depending on
the actual registration numbers.

Q:
When and where is registration?
A:
All registrations except floor hockey are at St. Timothy’s from
10:00 – 12:00 in the morning. Floor hockey registration will
be conducted through the mail and information about registering will
be in the December newsletter.
Baseball and softball – the first Saturday in February
Soccer – the fourth Saturday in June
Basketball and Indoor soccer – October 4th, 2004
Floor hockey – December
Q: How much does it cost to register for a sport?
A:
The current registration fee is $60/child with an added late fee of
$10 after the initial registration date. All children are
required to participate in the designated fundraiser, and parents
must take a turn working in the concession stand. There is a
$20 fee for exemption from the fundraiser and a $25 fee for
exemption from concession stand duty.
Q:
How do I become a coach, referee or umpire?
A:
When registering for a sport, check off the corresponding volunteer
position and you will be contacted regarding training. Each
person serving in these positions is required to sign a leadership
covenant declaring the Christian faith.
Q: Do I have to be a Christian to be on a CAA team?
A:
No, CAA welcomes any child to the organization, regardless of
religious affiliation. As noted above, any coaches, umpires,
or referees are required to sign a leadership covenant.
Q: How can I become a CAA sponsor?
A:
When registering for a sport, check the sponsor option and you will
be contacted with further details.
Q: What is CAA’s Capital Campaign?
A: To fulfill CAA’s mission, the Capital Campaign has been
launched to fund growth in the following four areas: building an
indoor facility, purchasing land for outdoor facilities, renovating
existing facilities, and developing satellite CAA programs.

Q: What type of league play options does CAA offer?
A:
CAA offers traditional rec league play as well as travel leagues and
Advance Development Leagues for select sports and age groups.
Q: How do I find out about summer camps?
A:
A camp mailing will be sent out the first week in June. Camps
for the following sports will be offered: soccer, baseball,
softball, and basketball. Each camp is a week long and meets
for half a day. The cost is $90/child. Please check back
at the website in early June for more information.
Q: What is the homeschool PE program?
A:
There are three homeschool PE sessions offered during the year:
fall, winter and spring. Registration information will be
available in August. You can register for all three sessions,
or individual sessions. The fees vary depending on the number
of sessions and family members. Classes available for grades
as follows for the 2006-2007 school year: 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-7th,
8th and above.
